Ingredients:
- 2 Cans butter beans or cannellini beans @ 8oz per can
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Juiced lemon
- Salt & Pepper TT
Preparation:
Roughly mince garlic & rinse white beans. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth dip-like consistency. Simple, quick, and delicious!
Tip: Use the spread in replacement for mayo on sandwiches or pair with crostinis for an appetizer.
